Lucas Knight

Graveside services for Lucas Knight will be held Thursday at 1 pm at Cedarlawn Cemetery in Scooba. Pastors Steven and Brenda Lockley will be officiating. Stephens Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Knight, 40, passed away at his residence on Monday. He was self employed as a general contractor. He will be remembered as a person with a big heart who loved to help others. He loved to hunt and fish as well as enjoying woodworking and working with his hands to create amazing projects for family and friends. He will also be remembered for his love of his children and his nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his mother Juanita Mayerhoff; son Hayden Knight; daughter Riley Knight; brother John Knight (Sonya) and sister Kim McCall (Jonathan) along with numerous nices and nephews.

Mr. Knight was preceded in death by his dad John Knight; grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Pilgrim and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Knight.

Pallbearers will be Zackary Knight, Zane Knight, Noah Wade, Jonathan McCall, Canyon Mitchell, Terry Knight, Brandon Flake and Daniel Wade.
