Mable Grace Germany Crocker

     Mable Grace Germany Crocker, 104, daughter of Perry and Susie Germany, died peacefully on December 19, 2023, in Fairview, TN.

    Mable was a long-time resident of Union, MS, where she was a life-time member of Bluff Springs Church of God. She was the widow of distinguished WWII veteran, Henry L. Crocker.

     Affectionately known as Aunt Mae to four generations of nieces and nephews, her devotion to family and firm belief in God were the foundations of her life and an inspiration to those around her.

     She was a charming conversationalist with many years of stories to tell and had a keen interest in connecting with people. She had a sharp memory and often amazed people with her ability to recall details even into her later years. She spent her life investing in others, encouraging them in their faith, and demonstrating resilience to handle whatever came her way. She had an unwavering belief in scripture and looked for opportunities to share the treasures she found in God’s word.

     Survivors include her nieces and nephews: Betty (Jim) Spencer, Judi Eagar, Marilyn (Jerry) Smith, Wanda Skelton, Kirt (Nancy) Germany, Laura (Henry) Molnar, Terry (Nancy) Germany, Kenny (Sharon) Plunkett, Gina (Doug) Graham and Susette (Patrick) Moore; as well as generations of great-nieces and nephews.  Additionally, Gianna Esposito was a dear friend she regarded as family.  Her brother-in-law, Roland Peavy, was her primary caregiver who she considered a beloved brother.

     The celebration of her life will be observed at 11:00 a.m. on December 29^th at Webb & Stephens Funeral Home in Union, MS located at 205 North Street, Union, MS 39365. Visitation will be immediately preceding the service from 9-11 a.m.
