Mrs. White, 88, of Meridian, died Thursday, March 3, 2011 at home under the care of Homecare Hospice. Marie was born June 7, 1922 in Meridian, and graduated from public schools there. She married her husband Whittey while in the Air Force, and after retirement they moved back to Meridian where she worked with her two brothers Man and Bilbo and sister in law, Julia Clair Mitchell in the retail business on 49th Avenue.
