Martha Lemmons

Martha Roberts Lemmons passed away peacefully at Anderson’s Regional Hospital, Meridian, Mississippi on January 31, 2023. A family graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., February 6, 2023, at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Starkville, Mississippi.  A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at 10 a.m. at Aldersgate Retirement Community, Bayberry Dining Room, Meridian, Mississippi. Reverend Dr. Nancy Warner will be officiating.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband Jack W. Lemmons and granddaughter Stephan Elizabeth Lemmons.

Survivors include her sons, Steve (Jan) Lemmons, Bob (Peggy, Adam, and Laura) Lemmons, Lamar, Nicole and Reed Hickman and her beloved cat, Miss Kitty.

Family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Central United Methodist Church, 1004 23rd Avenue, Meridian, MS 39301, or Aldersgate Retirement Community, 6600 Poplar Springs Drive, Meridian, MS 39305.
