Mrs. Mary Elease Busby

Services for Mrs. Mary Elease Busby will be held 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 16, 2009 at Webb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. George Pugh officiating. Interment will be in Jones Chapel Church of God Cemetery. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Busby passed away on February 14, 2009 at Jeff Anderson Hospital in Meridian, MS. She was employed by Rush Hospital in their billing department. She attended Pachuta United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Boss Busby of Pachuta, MS; her son, Ken Alan Busby and his wife Sonia Renee Moody Busby of Brandon, MS; her father, Howard Slayton of Enterprise, MS; her brother, Danny Slayton and his wife Donna of Enterprise, MS; her grandchildren, Garrett Busby, Holly Busby, Jill Busby, Kipper Busby, and Simon Busby; her mother in law, Dorothy Mae Hughes of Meridian, MS and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha Elease Pickard Slayton.

Pallbearers will be Terry Pickard, Buddy Pickard, Steve Hughes, Randall Watson, Jim Busby and Jeff McWilliams.

Visitation will be held at Webb Funeral Home from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Monday, February 16, 2009.
