Mrs. Mary Louise Chaney

Services for Mrs. Mary Louise Chaney will be held Friday October 2, 2015 at Webb Chapel at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jimmy Harrison and Rev. Lewis May officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday, October 1, 2015 from 5 - 7 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home. Burial will be in Chunky Cemetery.
Mrs. Chaney, of Chunky, passed away on September 28, 2015 at her home. She had worked at Anderson Hospital, Riley's Hospital, and Forest General Hospital as a registered nurse before her retirement. She loved to cook, crochet, quilting, spending time in her garden and was an avid reader. She was a member of Chunky United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Rev. Gerald Chaney; Son, Wayne Chaney; Daughters, Valerie Clark (George) and Amy Ornstein (Steve); Seven Grandchildren; Five Great Grandchildren; Sisters, Bonnie Sharp, Peggy Johnson, Sallie Champion, Grace Burnell, Rose Henley; Brothers, Butch "M.W." Stuart and Roland Stuart.
She was precede by her parents, Shepard and Annie Stuart; Brothers, Ben and James Stuart; Sisters, Nancy Berry, Ida Mae Scott, and Marie Daniels.
Pallbearers will be Robert Clark, Allen Clark, Brock Chaney, Tim Stuart, Jordan Ornstein, and Butch Stuart Jr.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
