Mary Morgan Schanrock

Services for Mrs. Mary Morgan Schanrock will be held Friday at 11:30 am at Webb Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Earl Wheatley officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Schanrock, 76, of Meridian, died Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at J.T. Champion Nursing Facility after a lengthy battle with Alzheimers. She was affectionately known by her friends as Mary Blue. She was a 1952 graduate of Meridian High School. Mary was employed by Marks Rothenberg for over 30 years, and also with CorrWilliams for many years before going into business with her husband at Willies Menswear.

She is survived by her daughter, Dawn Holley and husband Rusty son, Chris Schanrock and wife Sheri and daughter, Elise Schanrock grandchildren, Chad Smith and wife Sara, Meagan Holley, Ashley Holley, Matt Schanrock, Morgan Boone and husband Carl, Shauna Anthony and husband Scott, and Jimmy Jenkins and wife Stefanie great grandchildren, Evan Smith, Hannah Cochran, Jackson Anthony, Piper Anthony, Eva Anthony, Jace Jenkins, and twins Lane and Lexie Jenkins and her niece, Martha Dees and husband Tom.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Willie P. Schanrock, Jr., parents, James and Molly Morgan and a brother Robert Morgan.

Pallbearers will be Joel Calvert and her grandsons, Chad Smith, Matt Schanrock, Jimmy Jenkins, Carl Boone, and Scott Anthony.
