Graveside services for Mrs. Nancy Cleckley will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, March 29, 2013 with Rev. Roy Dabbs officiating. Interment will be held at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Bonita. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Cleckley, age 70, of Meridian, passed away on March 27, 2013 at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was an unabashedly stubborn woman, whos strength of will was only matched by her determination. She was the rock upon which her daughter and closest friends leaned upon in the toughest of times. Even people who disliked her counted upon her strength and ability to take the worst of situations and turn them around. She often tried to see the good in people despite this quality being used against her. To the end she held out hope. She was very proud of her daughters writing ability.

She is survived by her Daughter, Jennifer Marie Cleckley Sister, Fredna Pickard StepFather, John Shumate Niece, Rhonda Morris Great Nieces, Madelyn Morris Adopted daughter, Susan Massy and her cats, Coonie and Lucky.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 29, 2013 at Webb Funeral Home from 9:30 11 a.m.
