Norman Allen

Norman Kenneth Alen, 68-year-old retired resident of Meridian, Mississippi, passed away on October 17, 2021, at Anderson Regional Medical Center after his hard-fought battle with cancer, to join our Lord in Heaven.

He is preceded in death by his father Clem Allen, sister Delight Beckham, and brother Greg Allen.

He is survived by his loving wife of almost 30 years, Sheryl Allen, of Meridian; his son Todd Allen (Samantha) of Starkville, and their children Jace, Jack, and Camille; his stepdaughter Shea Swanner (Jeff) of Enterprise, and their children Michael and Juliette; his stepson Daniel Hagwood (Christina) of Meridian, and their children Ryleigh, Brooklee, and Maddie; his four fur-babies that were his heart and best friends, Annabelle, memory, Whiskey, and Gabby; his mother Jewel Allen; two brothers Donnie and Ronnie Allen; and three sisters Marie Gallant, Debbie Scott, and Karen Granades. He is also survived by some loving friends who are much appreciated. The family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude to Brother Virgil Walters for the irreplaceable friendship and kindness that he shared with ken during his final months.

Honoring Ken's wishes, his ashes will be presented to his wife, Sheryl. A memorial will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, family request any donations be made to Macedonia Baptist Church, 11206 Highway 494, Meridian, MS 39305 in honor of Ken Allen.
