Services for Otis Lee McDonald, Jr. will be held Tuesday at 11 am at Webb Chapel with Dr. Dan Lanier and Bro. Wayne Hunt officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Nebo Cemetery with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. McDonald, 61, of Collinsville, died Friday, January 16, 2015 at Anderson Regional Medical Center.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy McDonald; children, David McDonald (Amanda), Janet Berg (Jonathan), Joseph McDonald (Cheyenne), Ben McDonald, Amanda Branning (Nick), and Andy McDonald (Ericka); 7 grandchildren; brothers, Richard McDonald, Randy McDonald, Don McDonald, Tony Fleming, and Ronnie Fleming; sister, Delores Sturm; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Otis Lee McDonald, Sr.; mother, Elaine Branning; stepfather, Jack Branning; and a brother, Kenneth Joe McDonald.

Pallbearers will be Sam Sullivan, Andrew Floyd, Eli Alexander, Stone Alexander, and Ethan Hunt.
