Peggy Keene

Services for Mrs. Peggy Keene will be private family graveside with Rev. John Temple officiating.

Mrs. Keene, 80, of Meridian, passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of Poplar Springs Drive Baptist Church. In her earlier years she worked at Meridian Star, Sears and Roebuck, and Marks Rothenberg. Later she worked and retired from Holiday Inn.

She is survived by her Sons, Dewayne (Dottie) Nance and T.J. (Kim) Nance; Grandchildren, Tiffany Nance, Zachary Nance (Meagan), Rachel Nance, Morgan Wall, Cayley Nance, AnnaClaire Nance, Hayes Nance; Great Grandchild, Bryce Nance; Brother, John Warren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James D. Keene; Parents, J.W. Warren and Edna Earle Warren; and a Sister, Betty Warren.
