"Randy" Bruce Whitehead

Bruce “Randy” Randolph Whitehead Sr., Born December 31, 1951, passed January 7, 2023 at his home in Meridian, Mississippi. A Visitation will be held on January 14, 2023 at Webb & Stephens Downtown beginning at 2:00 PM followed by a Memorial Service at 3:30 PM.

Randy was born in Louisiana and moved to Mississippi after meeting his wife Iris. Together, they moved to Mississippi to raise their family. Randy never met a stranger. He worked hard all his life, primarily doing body restoration on cars, but it can be said he was a jack of all trades.

He is survived by daughter Brandy Whitehead; 9 grandchildren, Alex Whitehead, Haley Skinner (Corey), Christian Whitehead, Kimberly Whitehead, Denise Frazier, Skyler Frazier, Vanessa Whitehead, Kaleb Whitehead, and Ashlee Whitehead; 6 great-grandchildren, Annalese and Braylee Whitehead, Emma and Olivia Skinner, Kingston and Nevaeh Cooley & many other family members and friends.

Randy is preceded in death by his wife Iris Whitehead; sons Bruce “Poncho” Whitehead Jr. and Eric Whitehead. Parents Elois and Wilmer Whitehead and brother Robert “Bobby” Whitehead.

He will be missed by his family and friends, but is now reunited with his love, Iris.
