Memorial Services for Mr. Ray H. Owen will be held Sunday, June 17, 2012 at 3:00 pm at Enterprise United Methodist Church with Rev. Charles Waddell and Rev. Ed Shoemaker officiating.

Mr. Owen, 80, of Enterprise, died Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Watkins Hospital in Quitman. Mr. Owen was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of Enterprise UMC, and a life member of TISBA. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be remembered as a generous, giving man who had a great sense of humor.

He is survived by his wife, Christine Owen his three sons, Kenneth Owen and wife Donna, Joe Owen and wife Vickie, and Mark Owen and wife Dina grandchildren, Jonathan Owen and wife Kara, Elliot Owen, Alex McCraney, Jake McCraney, Lexie Kelly, and Telea Hiatt great grandsons, Joseph and Brandon Owen brother, Larry Owen and sister, Pat Moulds and husband Jimmy.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jolly and Gertie Owen grandson, Lance Owen and sister in law, Sue Owen.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Enterprise UMC or Enterprise Volunteer Fire DepartmentEMS.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 23 pm at the church.
