Rebecca Gough

Graveside services for Rebecca Ann Gough will be held Thursday at 2pm at Jones Chapel Church of God cemetery. Bro. Ron Leonard will be officiating. Stephens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Gough, 75, of Meridian passed away Sunday at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
She was retired from Burlington where she served as a textile employee and a parts clerk.
Ms. Gough will be remembered for her love of flowers and gardening. She loved to be at her home spending time with her children and grandchildren. One of her grandchildren said that she was "the coolest grandmother of all time." Family knew that they could talk to Ms. Gough about anything, but she would also provide you with her view.
She is survived by her children Belinda Bester (Joe), Bryan Thomas (Monique), Jamie Thomas (Diann); grandchildren Rhianna Henderson, Eric Henderson (Nikki), Matthew Thomas (Anna) along with five great-grandchildren. Ms. Gough also had two special cousins Susan Horowitz and Marsha Hack.
Pallbearers will be members of her family.
