Robert Bobby Clay Cannon

Services for Mr. Robert Bobby Cannon will be held Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 11 a.m., at Midway Baptist Church of Meridian with Rev. Wayne Edwards and Chaplain John Sweeney officiating.

Mr. Cannon, age 57, of Meridian, died Thursday, January 9, 2014 while visiting family.
He lived most of his life in Mississippi and Alabama as a truck driver. For the past year he had worked at Sams Club and had grown to love his work family greatly. He has attended Midway Baptist Church for several years. His true loves were his children and grandchildren. He always had a smile on his face and a giving a hand to help anyone in need.

Survivors include his son, Phillip Simpson Jessica of Collinsville daughter, Earon Burrell Chris of Lauderdale daughter, Dixee Cannon and her mother Amy Cannon of Cullman, AL Grandchildren, Lily Simpson, Madi Simpson, Eli Simpson, Luke Simpson, Noah Burrell, and Ruby Burrell.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Nicholson Blaine Father, Roger Pete Cannon Brother, Mitchell Cannon and Grandmother, Virgie Barrett.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Midway Baptist Church from 10 11:00 a.m.

The family request memorials be made to Midway Baptist Church.
