Robert Robbins

Services for Robert W. Bob Robbins will be held Friday, October 28, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Wesley Chapel UMC on Hwy. 145 South with Rev. Pam Randall and Rev. Alan Randall officiating. Burial will be at Union UMC Cemetery in Kemper County. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Robbins, age 71, a resident of Enterprise, passed away Monday, October 24, 2011 in Quitman, MS. He was a member of Wesley Chapel UMC, where he served as a lay leader, treasurer and Sunday school teacher. He filled the pulpit in various local churches during a pastors absence and always considered this a great honor. He was an Army veteran. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

He is survived by his wife, Luci Robbins daughters: April Rebecca Robbins Angelene Regina Saunders and her husband, Rev. Ed Saunders granddaughters: Elizabeth Rebecca Saunders and Mariah Robbins two sisters: Elizabeth Robbins Carlin and her husband, Robert Rachel Robbins Jones and her husband, William two brothers: Rev. Charles Robbins and his wife, Joann James Robbins numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Alma Robbins motherinlaw, Opal Hammond fatherinlaw, Bert Back sisterinlaw, Lynn Robbins.

Visitation will be held 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. before the service at the church.
