Robert Theodore Stivers

Services for Robert Theodore Stivers will be held Thursday October 4 at 11:00 am at St Pauls Episcopal Church with The Reverend Brian Ponder officiating. Visitation will be at the church prior to the service at 10:00 am. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Stivers, 92, of Meridian, died Thursday September 27 2012. He was a veteran of the United States Army. His beloved wife of 68 years was Mirah Hollene Holly Stivers, who died on June 27 2012.

He is survived by his daughter, Holly Morgan and Tommy Ethridge granddaughter, Rani Carr and Brian Carr great grandson, Sebastien Robert Carr niece, June Rhodes and Gene Rhodes nephews, James E. Stivers and Jacie Stivers, Robert C. Stivers, and Richard A. Stivers and caregiver, Shelia Naylor.

He was also preceded in death by his only brother, James Edgar Stivers and parents, Robert Clinton Stivers and Jessie Wilson Stivers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to St. Pauls Episcopal Church, 1116 23rd Ave, Meridian MS 39301.
