Funeral services for Mr. Ronnie Walton will be held Tuesday, April, 18, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Webb & Stephens ~ Union, with Bro. Mark Vincent officiating. Burial will follow at Linwood Cemetery. Webb & Stephens is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Walton, age 68, of Decatur, passed away April 14 at Choctaw Residential Center in Philadelphia.

Ronnie was born and raised in Decatur, Mississippi. He worked for many years in maintenance at various businesses in the area. Ronnie loved being outdoors and when he wasn’t working, he could be found piddling around the house or checking on his cows. He will be remembered as a kind man who would help anyone in need.

Ronnie is survived by his sons, Thomas Walton and John Walton and his fiancé, Emily Sullivan; grandson, Phillip Walton; niece, Allison Broadwater, and his best friend, Lisa Roebuck.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Johnnie Lou Walton and his brother, Donald Ray Walton.

Pallbearers will be Chris Thompson, Donald Ferris, Daniel Ferris, Paul Craft, Lance Roebuck and Stuart Smith.

Visitation will be held from 12:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
