Rose Humphrey

A celebration of life service for Rose Humphrey will be held Monday, July 9, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at Stephens Funeral Home.

Mrs. Humphrey, age 59, passed away at her home on July 5, 2018.

Rose was an honest, dedicated and hardworking woman. Her smile was infectious and she was instantly loved by anyone that met her. Rose deeply loved her family and took great care to make sure they had all they needed and wanted. For nearly twenty years, she was an independent distributor for McKee Foods (Little Debbie snack cakes), which is where she got her nickname of "Little Debbie Lady". She and her husband also ran Humphrey's Garage and Body Shop for many years.

Rose is survived by her husband, W.F. "Butch" Humphrey; children, Mark Ange, JerAme Windham, Adam (Thuy Nhi) Windham, Richard Humphrey, Barry Humphrey and Casey Humphrey (Chris) Neese; grandchildren Melanie Diamond, Acea Ange, Corrine Ange, Audrey Ange, Alexander Windham, Sarah-Elizabeth Neese, Mark Joseph Ange II, Justice Neese and Kaylinh "Thy" Windham; siblings, James Bowman, Kenneth Bowman, Michael Bowman and Teresa Dennis.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Betty Jo Dennis and Jerry Pollatos; brother, Oliver Sylvester Ange and sister, Susan Beth Dennis.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Rose's honor to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org.
