Roy E. Buck Cato

Services for Roy E. Buck Cato will be held Wednesday at 11 am at Webb Chapel with Bro. Charles Davis officiating. Burial will be in Graham Cemetery with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Cato, 86, of Meridian, died Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Golden Living Center. He was a retired machinist and will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Alice Cato daughter, Kathy Moore and her husband Martin son, Roy Earl Cato, Jr. and his wife Frankie grandchildren, Mary Alice Matuszewski and her husband Andy, Elizabeth Robinson, Benny F. White, Jr., Christopher Roy Cato and his wife Monica, Nicholas Earl Cato and his wife Fiona, and Sidney Wayne Tommy Floyd and his wife Adina four great grandchildren and one great great grandchild and special friends, George and Rita Reed.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Bessie Cato a daughter, Bessie Diane Floyd and his sisters, Swilla Bancroft and Lillian Chisolm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials made to the Alzheimers Association.
