Ruby Reed

Services for Ruby Hazel Reed will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Webb Chapel with Pastor Destin Morris officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Reed, 93, of Meridian, went to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday, April 13, 2017 at Anderson Regional Medical Center. She loved the Lord, her church, and her family. She loved gardening and working in her flower bed whether she was planting flowers, tomatoes, or peppers. She loved to fish and loved helping people, but her greatest attribute was her strength.
She is survived by her son, Truman L. Reed; grandchildren, Maria Cunningham, Scott Reed, Cara Shirley, Stephanie Ward, Carl Adkins, and Deanna Savell; 12 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her husband, Truman Everette Reed; son, Roger Allen Reed; sisters, Lucille Dulaney and Mae Dempsey; and her parents, Robert and Mary Francis Barnes.
Visitation will be Monday from 6-8 pm and Tuesday 9-10am at the funeral home.
