Samuel Warren

A graveside service for Sam Warren will be held Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at 12:00 p.m. at Meehan Cemetery. Rev. Terry Steppee will officiate, with Stephens Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Warren, age 51, of Meridian, passed away April 18 at home.

Sam enjoyed playing pool with his brother and playing the guitar. He loved animals, especially his dog, Bear Bear. Sam will be remembered as one of the kindest people you would ever want to meet.

He is survived by his son, Clifton Bell and daughter, Shelby Cates; granddaughter, Racheall; his mother, Mae Creel; siblings, Denise (Kevin) Reece, Dewayne Warren, Johnnie (Dana) Warren, Connie (Dale) Hill, Teresa Holifield, Margaret (Terry) Long, and Sandra (Tony) Ham as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Perlis Warren; brother, Daniel Warren; and brother-in-law, Larry Holifield.

Pallbearers will be David Sumrall, Matt Warren, Ricky Hill, Noah Warren, Albert Lawson and Carl Rowell. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Warren and Tyler Parker.
