Sheryl Lynn Chatham

Services for Sheryl Lynn Chatham will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2023, 2:00 p.m., at Webb & Stephens Funeral Home-North with Pastor Dustin George officiating. Interment will follow at Gumlog Cemetery.

Mrs. Chatham, 77, of Bailey, passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at Anderson Regional Medical Center.

Sheryl Lynn graduated from West Lauderdale High School and then attended East Mississippi Community College. She was a devoted and loving wife and mother. From nursing her son back to health during his illness, to figuring out the household finances, she made sure every need was met. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading and watching her favorite shows, the news, Wheel of Fortune, The Young and the Restless, and QVC. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Lynn Chatham; son, Kevin Chatham; and numerous cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Mary Francis Newton.

Pallbearers will include Kevin Chatham, Lynn Chatham, Jason Davis, David Driggers, Scott Young, and Tommy White.

Visitation will be held an hour prior to service at the funeral home.
