Susie Deweese

Services for Mrs. Catherine Deweese will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Webb Funeral Home Chapel at 10 a.m. with Dr. Jeff Myers officiating. Visitation will be today from 4-6 p.m. at the funeral home. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Deweese, 93, of Meridian, passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a faithful member of 15th Avenue Baptist Church attending for as long as she was able.

She is survived by her two daughters, Bonita Deweese and Sheila Mitchell (Todd); grandchildren, Ryan Deweese (Aimee) and Dirce Gillin (Josh); and great-grandchildren, Kayley, Josh, and Macie Deweese.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Gertie Smith; husband, Murl Deweese; son, Scotty Deweese; brother, R.L. Smith; and a sister, Lucille Hayes.
