Service for Mr. Ray Anderson will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 11 a.m. at New Hope Baptist Church. Visitiation will be on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at James F. Webb Funeral Home from 5 - 7 p.m. and at the church on Wednesday from 10 a.m until service time. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Anderson, 86, of Meridian, passed away at his home on Friday, July 19, 2019 surrounded by his family. He was a retired City of Meridian Firefighter and land developer. He loved to listen to bluegrass music and watch football, GEAUX SAINTS!

He is survived by daughters, Lisa Berdami (Steve) and Vicki Dyer; Grandchildren, Adrian Woodard (Rebecca), Justin Woodard (Ashton), Melissa Alexander (Clay); and several great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nell Anderson; Daughter, Sara Woodard; his parents, Leo and Margaret Anderson; Brothers, Billy, Bob, and Buster Anderson; and a sister in law, Marian Anderson.

The family would like to also thank his special caregivers, Lisa Berdami, Steve Berdami, Adrian Woodard, Rhonda Tomberlin, Linda McCafferty, and Lisa Perritt.
