Mr. Thomas Henry Hampton Jr.

Services for Mr. Thomas Henry Hampton Jr. will be held on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church. Interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Hampton, age 89, passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2011 at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Hospital in Meridian. He was a Veteran of WWII while serving in the United States Army. He was part owner of A.H. Niolons Coffee Company in Meridian and a longtime associate of G.V. Sonny Montgomery. Thomas was also a long time member and Deacon Emeritus of First Presbyterian Church and he had also attended University of Alabama.

He is survived by his two nephews, George T. Hampton and Ronald T. Hampton both of Meridian, MS Three Great Nephews, Steve Hampton, Jason Hampton, and Brad Hampton and a Great Niece, Kelley Jones.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. H. Hampton and Two Brothers, George T. Hampton and A.N. Hampton.

Pallbearers will be Jim Cantey, Bruce Martin, David White, David Stephenson, Jerry Murphy, Brad Hampton, Steve Hampton, and Jason Hampton.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Building Fund of First Presbyterian Church.
