Services for Mrs. Vernice Jenkins will be held Monday at 11 am at Webb Chapel with Bro. Frankie Boyette officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Jenkins, 82, of Meridian, died Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Anderson Regional Medical Center.

She is survived by her children, Steve Jenkins, Bonnie Jenkins Burst, Mark Jenkins and wife Pat Hubner Jenkins, Pam Jenkins Gray, and Larry Jenkins grandchildren, Ray Jenkins, Jr., Amy Jenkins, Michael Burst, Chris Gray, Jake Gray, Daniel Jenkins, Jordan Burst, Megan Jenkins Menchew, Justin Jenkins, and Destiny Jenkins and six great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charley Ray Jenkins a son, Raymond Jenkins and her parents, James Adger Tarte and Lota Cowart Tarte.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
