Mrs. Willie F. Gibson
Services for Mrs. Willie F. Gibson will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bruce Cooley officiating. Burial will be held in Magnolia Cemetery. Mrs. Gibson, 78, of Meridian, died Sunday, Jan. 3, 2010, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a homemaker. Survivors include three daughters, Ginger Sprinkle of Madison, Barbara Jackson of Meridian and Sonya Holloman of Quitman four sons, Michael Wood of Hickory, Ray Wood of Meridian, Louie Wood of Meridian and Tony Wood of Meridian 19 grandchildren and 40 greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Garcia Gibson Sr., son Edsel Wood, and granddaughter Jordan Roberts. Pallbearers will be Dexter Wood, Michael Wood, Johnny Graham, Randy Harper, James Wood and Tony Wood Jr. Visitation will be today from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
