W.M. Grayson

Services for Mr. W.M. Grayson will be held Monday at 10am at Glad Tidings Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Mark Thead and Rev. Leslie Aucion officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Grayson, 91, of Meridian, died Friday, December 14, 2012 at Anderson Regional Medical Center. He loved God and country. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Navy. He attended Glad Tidings Pentecostal Holiness Church. Mr. Grayson was a devoted husband and daddy, and was a wonderful Pa Pa. He was loved by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife of 73 years, Liddie Grayson daughter, Patricia Reeves and husband Hubert daughter in law, Brenda Grayson grandchildren, Candy Proctor and husband Steve, Leslie Patrick and husband John, Bill Grayson and wife Nina, and Scott Grayson great grandchildren, Brandon and Gunner Grayson, Gage Proctor, Morgan and Maddox Proctor, and Jonathan Patrick.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Sie Alvie and Irene Grayson son, Marion Grayson sister, Mildred Godail and brother, Ray Grayson.
